The Death and Life of Amy Smith

Amy is an ordinary almost-thirty-year-old Londoner. She is single, unemployed, depressed. Until her untimely death, when she is brought back to life and joins a team of elite agents helping the living cope with everyday crises.

Across various missions, Amy will convince a woman suffering from agoraphobia to leave her home, help an overwhelmed father communicate with his teenage daughter, transform a café on the verge of bankruptcy… And all that before the end of her probation!

This new role gives Amy everything she ever wanted. Finally, she can rely on supportive colleagues. She moves into a luxurious flat overlooking the Thames. She even finds love in this afterlife. Unfortunately, succeeding as an agent isn’t as easy as she expected – or maybe she isn’t good enough? One thing is for sure: if she loses this job, she loses it all.
