Meet the author

Originally from France, I moved to London many years ago. I live in Lewisham with my partner and our three cats. When I’m not writing about dead people, I love to read, bake, meet up with friends or go on long walks. I spent the last decade working as a marketing copywriter, crafting or localising content for various brands and companies. After leaving my last corporate job and recovering from burnout, I’m now focusing on self-publishing my debut novel and writing the next one.

Meet Amy Smith

Nothing has gone to plan since Amy left Salisbury for London, hoping to start a new life. She’s single, unemployed, struggling with depression and anxiety – to be honest, who isn’t these days? After failing yet another job interview, she’s even considering ending it all. No more Amy, no more struggles, right? What she doesn’t know is that she’s about to finally land her dream job… A very special role she didn’t apply for, one that requires a specific set of skills, as well as having experienced death.
